Does someone you know or love need a Colonoscopy?
July is bowel cancer awareness month.
To increase awareness of screening for this preventable disease, The Digestive Health Centre is running a competition.
This competition “Refer your family or friend for a colonoscopy” is open only to existing patients of a practitioner consulting from our centre.
From now until the 31st August, if you refer a friend or family member for a colonoscopy to a practitioner consulting from our practice, you will go into a draw to win a restaurant voucher valued at $200 at Shukah restaurant in Windsor.
Terms and Conditions:
- Referrer must be an existing patient of a practitioner consulting from the Digestive Health Centre to enter
- Referrer’s name & address must be entered to identify you
- Your family member or friend must be a new patient to a practitioner consulting from the Digestive Health Centre
- Competition closes 31st Aug. The Winner will be notified by phone or email, & posted on DHC facebook
