Stacey Deayton

Stacey is a member of the Dietitians Association (DA) and is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (through ANZAED).

Stacey has a passion for helping people nourish and fuel their bodies for overall health, happiness, and performance. Stacey promotes a Non-Diet Approach to health and nutrition, with a focus on using evidence-based nutrition advice to work with patients to feel educated in building skills and awareness around food and nutrition. Stacey has experience and particular interests in Digestive Health (including IBS, food intolerances and coeliac disease), Heart Health, Disordered Eating & Diabetes.

On a personal note, Stacey is a mother of two, and enjoys cooking and a meal shared with family or friends. Stacey also enjoys being active and getting outdoors for walks, bike rides or a paddleboard at the beach.

Stacey looks forward to providing a non-judgemental and safe space for you to discuss your challenges and concerns with food, and working together on your nutrition needs with practical nutrition advice and strategies moving forward.
